A very warm welcome to Panorama Guesthouse & Apartments!

Welcome to Beau Vallon Beach. Mahe's most famous beach, a 3km stretch of white sand, with warm waters for swimming year round. 

Our Services

 Internet Access

Free Wifi is provided on the veranda for browsing. Fast Wifi for streaming, downloading and work is available @ Scr 500 for 10Gb.
Many guests choose a local SIM card with data for moving around.

Cleaning Service

Your Queen Room or Apartment is serviced daily. After every 3rd night stay, we change all linen and towels. Should you require a daily change or any additional cleaning services or amenities please inform us. These are provided free.

 Water

We provide drinking water in your glass bottle daily. Please leave your bottle for filling at Reception if required.

Breakfast

There is a lovely breakfast café Dolce Vita to the right open daily from 8am.

 Car Hire & Taxi Transfers

Please inform us if you need to hire a car (Euro 40 per day) or book a taxi for you (Euro 30 to Port. Euro 50 to Airport).

 Snorkelling 

There is a snorkelling site 50 meters to the right at sea, heading towards the Mare Anglaise rocks. Our marine life is famous of variety of fish with regular turtle sughtings.

 Public Bus

There is a bus stop 15 meters on the right hand side on exiting the guesthouse. Buses run every 30 minutes and on the hour to Victoria. From there you can connect to other parts of the Island. Service commences early morning up to early evening 7pm. Sunday bus is less frequent as Victoria is closed on Sundays. Buses do not permit suitcases.

 Guests Only

Rooms are for the use of registered guests only. Entertaining of visitors in any of our accommodation is NOT permitted. Visitors are required to use the Public Areas only. We reserve the Right of Admission.

 Credit Card Payments

VISA and MASTERCARD accepted.

  Non-Smoking Accommodation       

Smoking is permitted only in the front garden.

Reception Hours from 8.30am to 10am daily Management is available to assist you.
There is always a staff member on the property in case you require assistance outside of these hours. 
The owners live on the premises. 

 House Rules

 

Safe Deposit Box

Safe boxes are available in all accommodation. Please ensure all your valuables are in safe keeping.

 Electrical Appliances & Aircon

Voltage 240 A/C 50 Hz, three pin plug. Please switch OFF all air-conditioning units and fans before you leave your Room or Apartment. Please keep the door/s and window/s closed when the aircon is on when you are inside.

 Sand

On your return from the beach, please use the garden tap to remove the sand.

 Wet Costumes & Beach Towels

We have drying lines outside for wet costumes & beach towels. We move these to a covered area in the evening in case of rain. Please do not hang wet items on the windows or furniture.

Please ask for use of a beach towel if you need one. May we request that you do NOT take the white towels from your rooms to the beach. 

 Laundry

Apartments have a portable clothes hanging station for items that are washed in the washing machine. Please do not wash beach towels or any item with sand in the washing machine as this damages the machine. Please hand beach towels to us and we will wash them in a designated machine.

 Noise

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am. Any music should only be heard by you in your room not disturbing other guests. No parties/events are permitted.

 Front Gate

The Front Gate is kept shut during the day. It is locked at night. You have a key for your room and a key for the gate. Please keep your keys safely and hand them back to management on check-out.

 Security

We have security sensors that are switched on after 10pm on the property. Please inform the Management if you plan to return late. Also if you are heading on a hike, where you are going incase we need to alert authorities if you get lost in the mountains. Click here for Visitor Safety Tips issued by Tourism authority.

 Damages

Any extras or damage/breakage must be settled the evening prior to departure. Please inform us if you have damaged anything in our accommodation.

Extras

Please settle any extras, additional Wifi or breakage/damage the night before departure. Payments by credit card are accepted for amounts over € 50. Smaller amounts to be settled in cash please.

 

 

Due to COVID19 our indoor services including Restaurant, Bar, TV lounge access & Library is currently limited. 

Closer to Nature

The Seychelles is described as a pristine paradise, eighth wonder of the world. Under the concept of an environmentally friendly building, all the material used for our new building can be recycled at the end of it’s lifespan.

Ever mindful of the environment we have a minimum stay of 3 nights. All our accommodation offers cross-ventilation and fans. Our Apartments use solar water heating and LED lighting. We provide a drinking water tap to refill your reusable bottle. We promote eco-friendly activities in the area such as snorkelling, nature walks & hiking. We continue to consider further investments to move closer to nature.

Even as a small business, we feel we can make a difference. As such we ask that you:

  1. Ensure that you please switch OFF all air-conditioning units and fans before you leave your Room or Apartment. Please keep the door/s and window/s closed when the aircon is on when you are inside.

  2. Please leave all glass and plastic bottles outside of your bin as we collect these to send to the recycle station.

Closer to Community

We support our community by sharing service provision such as breakfast with a small busines next door, transfers  with taxi drivers and excursions with licenced operators, as well as buying local.
