New in 2021: Four 2-bed/2-bath Apartments

Offering a brand-new green building which houses 4 x 2-bed/2-bath Apartments for families, friends or couples who seek the comfort of space and self-catering facilities. Each Apartment is 120m2 in size with 2 units on the first floor accessible by wooden stairs, each with double bed and twin beds, accommodating 4 pax with the option of an extra bed.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with mountain view, which includes oven and washing machine. Open-plan dining area and lounge with TV and wifi*, and terrace with sea-view and outdoor seating. There is the option of air-conditioning and ceiling fans in the lounge and both bedrooms. Each bathroom has a rain shower and hand shower, as well as bidet shower.

Under the concept of an environmentally friendly building, using eco-friendly processes, all the material can be recycled at the end of the building’s lifespan.

Standard Guest Rooms

There are also 3 Standard Guest rooms situated on the ground floor. The rooms are equipped with double or twin beds, fan and safe. All ground floor Guest Rooms and Apartments have direct access to the tropical garden. 

Continental breakfast with fresh fruits, cereals, breads and good filter coffee is available. *Basic wifi starter pack is provided with additional wifi at an extra cost.

Panorama has always been known for its ideal location, minimalistic approach of basic comforts and immaculate cleanliness. This includes posturepedic mattress, hotel standard linen and fresh water hot/cold shower. Daily mail service is provided.

One of the very first guesthouses opened, Panorama is also the only tourism establishment with a road named after it in Seychelles, Panorama Road!

The original main house is a rock building of 70 years with a traditional creole verandah which extends across its front and side, with outdoor seating. There is also an open-air yoga space in the garden and free private parking. Car rental can be arranged.

In the immediate vicinity, there are a variety of restaurants to suit different tastes and budgets, bars, diving centres, watersports, a bus stop, fresh fish and fruit stalls, local shops and snorkelling sites. Nearby are nature trails, mini markets, ATM machines, internet, clinic, spa and other services. Many neighbouring hotels also offer services to outside guests as well.  Weekly evening market and night life due to restart soon.

Victoria, with its Botanical Garden and Sir Selwyn Selwyn Clarke Market, is just a 10-minute drive away. Seychelles International Airport is a 25-minute drive. Taxi transfers can be pre-booked.
