New in 2021: 2-bedroom/2-bath Apartments 

Just completed, our new green building houses four 2-bed/2-bath Apartments for families, friends or couples, who seek the comfort of space and self-catering facilities.

Each Apartment is 110m2, with 2 ground floor units and 2 on the first floor accessible by solid African wooden stairs.

A fully equipped kitchen with garden or mountain view, includes double sink, oven & extractor fan, fridge, microwave, electric kettle and washing machine. This is open-plan leading to the dining area and lounge, TV and wifi*, and terrace with sea-view and outdoor seating. There is the option of air-conditioning and ceiling fan in the dining area and lounge.

Each Apartment has 2 bedrooms - one with double bed, the other with twin beds; aircon, ceiling fan and locally-made wardrobes with a room safe. There are 2 bathrooms, each with rain shower and hand shower, as well as WC with bidet shower, and shaver plug. 

Under the concept of an environmentally friendly building, using eco-friendly processes, all the material used for the building can be recycled at the end of it’s lifespan. Mindful of the environment, we have a minimum stay of 4 nights, with general cleaning (including change of towels and linen) every 5th day.

Standard Guest Rooms

There are 3 Standard Guest rooms situated on the ground floor, perpendicular to the Apartments. The rooms are 15m2 with double or twin beds, fan and safe. Suitable for accompanying grandparents, single travellers, those prefering just basic comforts or a more affordable budget. 

All ground floor Guest Rooms and Apartments have direct access to the tropical garden. 

Basic Wifi & Breakfast (Bookable inhouse only, subject-to-availability)

*Basic wifi starter pack is provided in the Apartments with additional wifi at an extra cost. In the Standard rooms, wifi is payable. Continental breakfast with fresh fruits, cereals, breads and good filter coffee is bookable in-house, provided at an additional cost of Euro 10 per person, dependent on minimum number of guests booking.

Panorama has always been known for its fantastic location, minimalistic approach of simple comforts that matter most, safe family atmosphere and immaculate cleanliness. This includes posturepedic mattresses, hotel standard towels and fresh water hot/cold shower. 

One of the very first guesthouses opened in Seychelles, the road that goes up past the guesthouse was named after it, Panorama Road.

The original main house is a granite rock building of 70 years with a traditional creole verandah which extends across its front and side, with outdoor seating. There is also an open-air yoga space in the garden and free private parking. Car rental or taxi services can be arranged.

In the immediate vicinity, there are a variety of restaurants to suit different tastes and budgets; bars, diving centres, watersports, a bus stop, fresh fish and fruit stalls, local shops and snorkelling sites. Nearby are nature trails, mini markets, ATM machines, internet services, a health centre, spas and other services. Many neighbouring hotels offer services to outside guests as well.  Weekly evening market and night life due to restart soon.

Victoria, with its Botanical Garden and Sir Selwyn Selwyn Clarke Market, is just a 10-minute drive away. Seychelles International Airport is a 25-minute drive. Taxi transfers can be pre-booked.
